Developing art program policies and masterplans for mixed-use developments, corporate headquarters, municipal agencies and not-for-profit organizations;
Working closely with design team members to develop art of a permanent, temporary or seasonal nature as appropriate;
Researching, evaluating and presenting appropriate artists for commissions;
Establishing criteria and processes for artist selection and proposal review;
Managing artist’s contract negotiations, project timelines and budgets;
Monitoring all phases of fabrication, site preparation and installation of artwork;
Implementing an on-going maintenance program in conjunction with a fine art conservator.
